Rum Sour

Ingredients:

45ml Best Behaviour Spiced Rum

1 Egg White 

15ml Sugar Syrup 

20ml Lime Juice

3 Dashes of Bitters

Method:

In a cocktail shaker, throw together the egg white, Best Behaviour Spiced Rum, sugar syrup, and lime juice. Shake it up, add some ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled glass. Drop 3 drops of bitters over the foam. 

Now go get on your best behaviour.
