Dark & Stormy

Ingredients:

120ml Ginger Beer

20ml Lime Juice

45ml Best Behaviour Spiced Rum

3 Dashes of Bitters

Method:

Fill a glass with ice. Add the ginger beer and lime juice. Layer with Best Behaviour Spiced Rum. Drop in the bitters. Garnish with lime wedge and mint. 

Now go get on your best behaviour.
